–Weekly Pill Organizer, 2 Times a Day Opening & Detachable Medicine Pill Organizer, 7 Colors Large Capacity Daily Pill Box–
This is a 2 times daily or 1 time daily pill organizer with a total of 7 days (NOT 14 days). Each daily container has a removable divider so you could use it with the divider for twice daily, or remove the divider and use it for once daily. The divider goes all the way to the top of the container so the pills do not mix in to the other side. The daily containers close tightly and are not too difficult to open. Each container has its own slot in the outer organizer box so they don’t slide around when you open the outer box. The individual containers stay in place unless you tip the entire thing upside down. The outer box clicks closed and seems it would travel well without opening and spilling the contents. The downside of this set is the outer box makes the set take up more real estate than some organizers because of the individual compartments in the outer box. However, it gives a different organization style option that may work better for some people than other styles.

This is a large storage pill organizer. The clear outer storage box that holds all of the individual (multi-colored) capsules marked clearly by the abbreviated days of the week. The outer clear storage box is 9.4 inches long by 2.3 inches wide by 3.1 inches tall. It hinges open and closed making it easy to open for everyone. The individual day of the week inner capsules are 2.9 inches long by 1 inch tall. The inside separator of each of the colorful days of the week capsule, can be pulled up and out of the capsule making it larger if you wish to only use it for the whole day. With the divider in place you can split up your morning pills from your evening pills. I found that having a larger pill organizer for the week is a must have for me. I have a number of supplements I like to take daily and this pill organizer does not disappoint. It is constructed of food grade materials and it really a sturdy seven day storage box. This gives you the choice of carrying seven days with you or you can easily grab an inside capsule to take your pills for the day with you. This is my new favorite pill organizer.

This is the first pill organizer I’ve been perfectly happy to leave on my desktop; the rainbow colors are really appealing, and design doesn’t scream out “pill organizer.” The protective cover and individual day containers are easy to open, without the individual days being able to easily pop open on their own if dropped.
The main downside is that the individual day containers do not have heavy enough bases to not fall over backwards when opened. The pills don’t fall out or anything, but it does make it slightly harder to line them all up to quickly fill them with pills at the start of the week.

This pill holder is huge. So make sure to check the dimensions.
The large container flips and it’s easy. Each day has AM/PM and the lid is secure but is easy to open. It’s color coded but I don’t think that matters.
I wouldn’t use it for myself. But for elderly or people who suffer from arthritis, I think this is a great choice.

New design for a seven day, two per day pill storage box. This box is is definitely different than the standard 7 day AM and PM compartmented pill storage organizer. My first impression was that I didn’t care much for style and design but after using it for a week I’ve changed my mind. First it has a smaller footprint. 2. Doesn’t look like a standard pill box. The clear cover has a good hinge, latches securely, no sharp corners. Inside there are 7 identical small double compartmented boxes with removable partition. Each box is a slightly different color with a the day of the week printed on one side. One nice thing is that the boxes can be reordered to suit your preference as to what day of the week comes first in the order. But one fault is the bottom compartment of each daily box is mostly hidden and is hard to see if the pills were taken (typically the morning end). The lids of the individual boxes are slightly difficult to open (especially if you have arthritic hands or fingers). The last observation is the pills can be hard to remove from the AM or PM side due to the shape and size of each compartment. When the lid is open both the morning and evening sides are uncovered. I discovered that you can use two fingers to cover one side (if both sides contain pills) while emptying the open side into the palm of your other hand. Also when refilling the individual boxes the process can be a bit clumsy as the boxes need to be removed and lids opened. This leaves seven boxes scattered around on a tabletop that don’t sit flat because of the open lids. Most conventional pill boxes don’t have this problem.
This pill box is attractive with nice colors and labeling. Appears to be precision built. If the printed labels don’t wear off with use I think this pill box should work just fine for my needs.

If you have the space for it, this AM/PM pill organizer is a cheerful addition to the medication area. While it’s a nice choice for someone who administers the meds, it might be confusing to someone who self-medicates and/or is cognitive or dexterity-challenged. It’s a 5-step process to administer a dose – open the outer shell, remove today’s box, remove the dose, replace today’s box, close the outer lid. Add to that the fact that the pods are stored vertically but they open horizontally. Way to confusing for a dementia patient. The outer lid contains the individual boxes that can be removed to take with you for day trips, etc. The compartments are a decent size to accommodate many tablets. I will keep this as a spare and keep my 3-step station in play. This pillbox is very well made and will be a nice, colorful change, especially if I relocate the meds area to a larger space. I do not recommend this system unless you are supervising the medication process.
