The taste is good. They are a little sticky and sometimes hard to get out of the bottle

I love the taste of these. Hopefully when I go to the doctor my magnesium is higher. They don’t make me sleepy like MaxSoothe did.

Yes, they’re a little hard to get out of the container, but I really wouldn’t want to change them because they’re delicious. They’re a nice texture and they do the job I was getting Charlie horses even in weird places like between my thumb and my pointer finger. When I ran out of vitamin D and magnesium. I tried these for the first time and they banished my Charlie horses.

Soon after I began taking them on a consistent basis, I saw a discernible change in the way that I felt. This occurred within only one week. My levels of energy seemed to be more consistent throughout the day, and I noticed less muscular tightness, particularly in my legs; this was most noticeable in the evening. When I tried other supplements, it took several weeks for them to exhibit any significant results. This immediate improvement has truly amazed me since I’ve tried other supplements.

I think that they helped me sleep better and calmed my nerves some.
I would buy them again. Taste good.

As a gummy, it has a nice chew–doesn’t stick to one’s teeth. Good flavor. Current list price of $19.99 for a 60 count bottle is too high in my opinion, but it’s being offered at 50% off as I write this review, which is a good price. I’m a bit nervous that their advertising promotes it as “Wake up for a Berrer day” vs Better, and “Coffeine free” vs Caffeine so it doesn’t seem like a USA company based upon English spelling errors. The sweetener used, maltitol syrup can cause digestive issues, but at 2 gummies per day I didn’t notice that side effect. I stuck with the recommendation to take with food as taking zinc can cause nausea on an empty stomach.
I don’t see any evidence of third party testing to see if the gummies contain the amounts of supplements they are advertised as having. Are these manufactured in a cGMP facility, and if so, where? Their website had no information about where their product is made or what testing is done to ensure its safety and purity. For those reasons I would be hesitant to order again from this company until there is transparency on their manufacturing facility.
