By far, UMP protein is the best tasting and easiest to digest I have tried. I’ve tried several flavors, but usually come back to vanilla, as it blends great with fruit, etc for smoothies. Blend the right amount of milk or almond milk and UMP and it can really taste like a milkshake, but with more protein and less calories. I believe what makes this the best is the casein protein. All of the flavors smell delicious! Compare with other powders and the difference is huge!
