    Couldn’t be happier. Had this about a year with NO problems. I take it somewhere everyday. Room for my 2 flexpens (sometimes 4), lots of needles (I’ve had 30 in one compartment). Comes with 4 ice packs (I use 2 on hot days). I use a Libre but there’s room for glucometer, lancets and strips if you still do that. Durable with 2 solid zippers. Highly recommend!

    Nice design.
    Cooler for insulin seemed awesome.
    I use something else for my insulin, so will not use that feature, except on rare occasions.
    Liked all the pockets, just wish they were all see-through.
    Was hoping for a little bit bigger case.
    Otherwise, loved the case!!!

    I would definitely get this product again. I was traveling cross country and internationally and I needed something that could last all day. I was prepared to have to add ice towards the end of my trips but never had the need. There are 4 ice packs, at about 12 hours one of the four would still have a bit of ice left in it. The packaging keeps the inside contents cool but not frozen. I have used it multiple times for full days travel and it has been fantastic, after 12 hrs the medication is still cold. The ice packs will freeze in the time said (at home I leave them in the freezer, but when away I would give the ice packs to the hotel at night and pick them up in the morning) the ice packs are so solid when you take them out and they last well past the times listed by the manufacturer. I was curious how long it would stay cold even after the ice was no longer frozen and I thought you could get at least 30 minutes out of it if not longer. I would definitely purchase this again and highly recommend it to anyone needing to keep medication cold.

    The area that you put the medication was large enough to hold over 6 pre-loaded injections. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much fit in the sections with the ice packs and then there was another section for the items that didn’t need refrigeration.

    Definitely a must get if you have to travel with medications that need to stay cold.

    I have to take insulin and Ozempic with me refrigerated, so this works great. I got 2 plastic fishing lure boxes that fit inside. One I use for fresh needles, one is for sharps disposal. That way I can easily track my needle supply and disposal and everything fits in one small package.

    I go on long trips and this case works very well for all of my different diabetic pens I use 3 different types of insulin plus I have a monthly pen for migraines. It holds a lot but doesn’t take up that much space in my carry on and keeps pens cold for 12 hours.

    I did hours of research to find the best product and purchasing this one was the best selection.
    I haven’t put it to the test yet to prove if it keeps long time coldness, But after freezing the 4 ice packs they are are at -24 degree celsius and feel rock hard (I have a good refrigerator/freezer that freezes down to -26 degrees celsius), and I proved it with a precision electronic digital laser beam temperature meter.

    I put the 4 ice packs into a perfect size plastic sealed lid container to keep them safe from being crushed or damaged split open or pierced by other freezer items.

    I could have saved money if I bought just the one level chill section,, but in the top section I wanted all the blood monitor test meter, packets of test strips, pin prick pen lance, alcohol disinfectant wipes, spare pen needles, and other types of first aid items such as rolls of bandage tape, small scissors and antibiotic creams.

    Having a top section also helps with increased insulation barrier for the bottom chilled section.

    Plus the 4 ice packs is better than just two for holding chilled insulin for longer extended period of time, especially with high outside (ambient) temperatures.

    The entire build materials and every part of design are high quality and perfect layout features, also the two level zippers feel of strong build and smooth operation.

    It is not too large and bulky to fit into a back pack so as not to crush it.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
